DESIGN OPS | 2020-2024 Loyal streamlines the care experience with an enterprise platform — connecting patients, providers, and staff on one unified system.
As Loyal’s first head of design, I built and led an exceptional 14 person design team. I created and institutionalized our Design System and Research Ops. Together, my team and I built a cohesive platform that supported more than 450 hospitals across the US.
