I helped orgs build happy and thriving teams, creating environments where designers can do their best work and amplify design impact at scale. Loyal streamlines the care experience with an enterprise platform — connecting patients, providers, and staff on one unified system.

As Loyal’s first head of design, I built and led an exceptional 14 person design team. I created and institutionalized our Design System and Research Ops. Together, my team and I built a cohesive platform that supported more than 450 hospitals across the US.
